Crunchy Vegetable Nuggets

Today's recipe is Kids favorite Nuggets
but with vegetables.
Crunchy Vegetable Nuggets



let's start

Ingredients:
1½ cup boiled potatoes,
1 cup Carrot (fine chopped),
1 cup Cabbage (fine chopped),
½ cup Boiled Peas,
1 medium sized Capsicum (small cubes),
2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese,
4 tbsp Bread Crumbs,
1 tsp Ginger Powder, 
1 tsp Garlic Powder,
can use fresh ginger & garlic.
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder,
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes,
1 tsp Mix Herbs,
1 tsp Chaat Masala,
& 1 tsp Salt.

Method:
- Mix all above ingredients in a bowl & make soft dough.
- Shape it.
- Coat the nuggets in dry flour, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs & shallow fry these at medium flame.
