Basic Chocolate Sponge without Oven | subtitled



Welcome to MJ's Kitchen today we're making Basic Chocolate Sponge watch my full video & follow each tip, your cake will be baked same soft. I'll bake it on stove, you can bake it in oven at 180° for 25 to 30 minutes. let's start making sponge



to make basic chocolate sponge we need: 3 Eggs, 3 ounce equal to 6 tbsp (leveled) Powdered Sugar 2 ounce equal to 4 tbsp (full) Flour, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 ounce equal to 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder measure cocoa powder as per flour & 1 tsp Vanilla Essence Method: - Beat eggs in a mixing bowl, until creamy & fluffy. - now add powdered sugar, 1 spoon at a time & beat gradually. - now turn off the beater. - now add vanilla essence. - mix flour, cocoa powder & baking powder. - Add one spoon at at time in eggs & mix with spatula in one direction only. - now transfer it to baking pan greased with cooking oil & butter paper. - tab it twice or more. - put this in preheated pot. - cover & let it bake at low flame for 25 to 30 minutes. - Give it a thumbs up if you like this recipe, - share it forward & subscribe to my channel, Good bye. - Recipe video: https://youtu.be/s082a7pWfgc . . .
