Welcome to MJ's Kitchen & today's recipe is Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread I'll bake it in pan direct on stove you can bake it in oven, at 180° turning on top & bottom both heats & bake it for 30 minutes. let's start.

To make the dough we need: 1½ cup Flour, 2 tbsp Oil, 1 tsp Yeast, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, ½ tsp Sugar, ½ tsp Salt, & warm water to knead the dough Method: - Add flour, oil, yeast, garlic powder, sugar & salt in a mixing bowl. - Knead a soft dough using warm water. - Apply a little oil over it, cover & give it a rest for 1 to 1½ hour for rising. for stuffing of garlic bread we need: 1 cup boiled & shredded Chicken, 1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese, 2 tbsp Oil, 1 tsp Oregano, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, ½ tsp Salt, 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, 2 tbsp Capsicum (cut in cubes), & 2 tbsp Onion (chopped). Method: - Turn on the flame & add oil to the pan - Fry onion & capsicum for 1 ~2 minutes. - Adding boiled chicken, Oregano & garlic powder (can use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder) - salt & red pepper flakes, - add a little water & fry for 1 minute. - now turn off the flame & let it cool down. - Flat the dough, now put chicken filling on it. - put mozzarella cheese over it - Fold it in half. - Seal the ends using fork, - Poke holes on top using fork - Turn on the flame & brush the pan with oil. - Put the bread in heated pan. - Cover & let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame - Flip it after 10 minutes. - Apply butter on it. - Cover it again & let it cook for 10 minutes at low flame. - After 10 minutes, flip it & apply butter on other side too. - Transfer it to the serving dish & cut in slices. - Give it a thumbs up if you like this recipe, share it & - Subscribe to my channel, Good Bye. - Click for recipe video: https://youtu.be/5b_PlDXaSSs . . .
