Sharbat-e-Ghulab (Rooh Afza)

Ingredients:
750 gram Sugar
1½ Cup Water
1 Cup Rose Water
Red Food Color

Method:
- At medium flame add sugar & water to the pan, once sugar melts in water keep it cooking for 5~6 minutes.
- Turn off the flame.
- Add rose water, red food color & mix.
- Delicious Sharbat-e-Ghulab is ready.
- Keep refrigerated in a bottle.
- Enjoy in summer & give them to your kids mixed in milk.
