How to make Samosa Patti at home - recipe in Urdu with English subtitles.

Ingredients:
½ Kg. Flour
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Oil
water for kneading.

Method:
Mix flour, salt, cumin & oil then add water gradually and knead the dough. Not too soft, not too hard.
Now made 10 equal balls of the dough.
Flat with roller in equal size.
Brush with oil the one & put the 2nd on it, brush again with oil & put 3rd one on it, brush with oil again & put 4th on it, brush with oil again & put 5th one on it.
Now flat this 5 in 1 again with roller.
Heat up the pan or tawa and cook this 5 in 1 flatten dough for 1 minute each side.
Cut in your required shape for samosa or roll, separate the layers & freeze in a zip lock bag for use later.
Homemade Samosa Patti is ready & can be used for 2 ~3 months.
Make and freeze it for upcoming Ramadan 2019.
