3 types of Samosa for Ramadan - recipe in Urdu
Make and freeze for Ramadan.
Chinese Vegetable Samosa
Chicken Cheese Samosa
Meetha (sweet) Samosa

Ingredients:
Chinese Chicken Samosa
Cabbage
Capsicum
Boiled Green Peas
Carrots
Spring Onion
Samosa Patti
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Boiled Pasta
1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soya Sauce

Method:
Turn on the flame, add 2 tbsp oil to the pan, fry the garlic a little.
Now add cabbage, capsicum, peas, carrots and fry these at high flame.
Now add black pepper, salt, vinegar, soya sauce & fry it for more 3~4 minutes.
Add pasta & spring onions & chili garlic sauce, continue frying for 30 seconds at high flame.
Turn the flame off & let the mixture cool down.
Wrap this mixture in samosa patti using paste of flour.


Sweet Samosa 
Ingredients:
250 gram Khoa (mawa)
½ Cup Mix Nuts
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Coconut flakes
½ tsp Powdered Green Cardamom
Samosa Patti

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and wrap in samosa patti using paste of flour.


Chicken Cheese Samosa
Ingredients:
1 cup Chicken (boiled & shredded)
1 cup Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Milk Cream
Chopped Green Chilies
Green Coriander chopped
Samosa Patti

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and wrap in samosa patti using paste of flour.

Put all the samosas in zip lock bag and freeze them for 2~3 months.
Fry these at medium flame whenever you want.
