Turkish style Kofta Kababs with Yogurt Sauce




Turkish Style Kofta with Yogurt Sauce - Urdu recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Ground Beef, Chicken or Mutton
1 Medium Onion
1 tb Garlic
1 tb Ginger
2~3 Green Chillies
2 tb Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Pepper
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs or Chickpeas Powder
For Yogurt Sauce:
300 ml Yogurt
1 Pinch Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic
For Serving:
Potato Fries
Method:
Chop Onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger in chopper.
Now add mince, bread crumbs, dry spices & chop again.
Make meatballs of this above mixture.
Add 2~3 tbs oil in pan and fry the meatballs.
Now add 3~4 tbs water in meatballs pan, dry spices, cover the pan & put it on low flame for 3~4 minutes.
Method to make Yogurt Sauce:
Add milk, salt and garlic to the Yogurt and mix well.
Serving:
Put Potato Fries in a serving bowl, then add meatballs, yougurt sauce and the gravy of meatballs from the pan.
