Spicy Mince filled Buns - baked in Oven & without oven

Ingredients:
For Dough:
750 gram Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
2 tb Oil
Warm Water
For Filling:
1/2 Kg Mince
1 tb Ginger
1 tb Garlic
2 tb Green Coriander
2 tb Ketchup
1 tb Vinegar
2 tb Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds,
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 medium Chopped Onion
For brushing:
5 tb Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Garlic
1tsp Mix Herbs

Method:
First prepare the dough so it gets rising time. Let's start:
Add Oil, yeast, salt & sugar to the flour, mix well dry then add water gradually. Knead it with the palm of hand about 10~15 minutes.
Let the dough bowl aside in a warm place for two hours and brush it with oil.
Now let's prepare the filling:
Add 2 tb oil in pan & light brown the onions.
Add Ginger Garlic paste, fry it light.
Now add Mince, fry it for 1~2 minutes & add dry spices, after few seconds add vinegar, fry it for more 2 minutes.
Now add green coriander, ketchup & let it cool down.
Make equal size balls of the dough and fill it with the mince mix.
Brush the buns with mix of butter, garlic & mix herbs.
Bake these buns at 180 degree for 35 minutes in oven or on stove.
