Chicken & Spinach Roll

Ingredients:

For White Sauce:
1 1/2 Cup Milk
4 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Oil or Butter
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mix Herbs

For Rolls:
Pizza Dough
1 Cup Spinach (blanched)
1 Cup Chicken (Boiled & shredded)
Egg for brushing.


Method:
- To make white sauce, add all the white sauce ingredients in a pan and cook it on medium flame whisk continuously until thickens.
- Now mix Spinach and Chicken to the white sauce and let it cool down.
- Flat the pizza dough with roller, spread spinach chicken mix on it and roll the dough so the mix goes inside.
- Grease the oven tray with butter paper and oil. Cut the dough in 1~2 inches wide and place them on baking tray. Brush the rolls with egg.
- Bake them at 180 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Delicious Spinach Chicken Rolls are ready, enjoy these with your family and friends at dinner or parties etc.
