Crispy Potato Croquettes - recipe in Urdu with english subtitles.

Ingredients:
1 Kg Boiled Potatoes
Green Coriander
Mint leaves
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Green Chilies chopped
1 small Onion chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Powdered Allspices
1 tsp Red Pepper flakes
1 tsp Red Pepper

for Coating:
2 Eggs
1 cup bread crumbs

Oil for frying.

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, shape it as you like.
- Coat in egg then in bread crumbs.
- Fry until golden brown.
