Kashmiri dum Pulao - recipe in Urdu

Ingredients:
750 gram Boiled Rice
750 gram Boiled Beef or raw chicken
5 Medium size Onions
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup Yogurt
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Grounded All Spices
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Whole all Spices
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Green Coriander
Mint leaves
1 pinch Food Colour Yellow
Few drops of Kewera Essence

Method:
1 - Add yogurt, coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, salt, red pepper, black pepper, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves & meat in a bowl. Mix well and marinate it for 30 minutes.
2 - Heat the oil in a big pan, add whole all spices and fry for a minute. Add Onions and fry till they are light brown. One onions are light brown and marinated beef and fry well for about 5 minutes. Add grounded all spices & lemon juice and fry for more 2 minutes.
Now add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and half cup water or beef stock.
Now add boiled rice, few drops of kewera essence & food color (mixed in water).
Put this on high flame for 5 minutes and then 10 minutes on low flame.
After 15 minutes, Kashmiri dum Pulao is ready. Mix the rice well and serve.
