Ingredients:
Bread Slices
1 Kg Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seeds crushed
½ tsp Chaat Masala
1 Small Onion chopped
Fresh Coriander & Mint
Green Chili
1 tbsp Lemon Juice or Vinegar

Method:
- Mash the potatoes.
- In a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, ½ tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Seeds crushed, ½ tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Small Onion chopped, Fresh Coriander & Mint, Green Chile & 1 tbsp Lemon Juice or Vinegar.
- Mix it well.
- Take a bread slice, soak it in water.
- Squeeze the water out.
- Place a spoon full of mashed potato mix & make the pocket.
- Can freeze these bread pockets for a month.
- Fry these in oil at medium flame until golden brown.
